I can feel it, the story is getting darker. The next episode may be the first time we see digimon dead in this anime.

As a Digimon lover since its debut release I must say NEVER EVER TRUST A WEEDMON.
This show is getting darker and darker per episode.

I'm guessing that this is the last evolution for Gammamon and now the only one left is Angoramon, hopefully he'll get it soon because... damn, that preview for the next episode looks real, are we finally going to see Digimons dying for the first time in this show? i mean, tamers it didn't get start to get dark until Hypnos got involved and it slowly went into some kind of lovecraftian x-files territory that you would have never seen coming from how it started. but while the possibility is there, i doubt we'll ever get anything like that in any of the shows again, especially with the chaos chikai recently caused by being a bit to much into conspiracies...

Some day I'm going to have to re-watch Tamers, because you guys all clearly remember that show very differently than I do. :/

well, x-files might not be the best comparison. it also might have ended up being more violent if 9/11 hadn't happened according to chikai.
thats actually saying something, given the whole scene where darklizardmon was put though what could be considered a living autopsy in episode 13... odd that in both digimon series that he wrote for, episode 13 ended up with something fucked up.
the other being adventure 02 episode 13 where the scubamon wanted to use hikari as a their queen bee/ant/ect to make an army to fight the digimon kaiser/emperor.
